Casey Minkoff – Veterinary Technician
My name is Casey Minkoff, I was born in Connecticut but got to Texas as soon as I could! I have been a Veterinary Technician for 10 years now and I am always wanting to learn more about the field. I met my future husband, Jamison, while out singing Karaoke in 2001 and we got married in 2018. In November 2020, we welcomed our first baby, Charlotte (Charlie). In my spare time I love to read, play soccer, and take walks with Charlie and our dog, Layla. I can’t wait to get to know you and your fur babies!

Kassidy Malo – Veterinary Technician
Kassidy joined our hospital in July 2025 and brings with her a passion for animal care and a growing background in veterinary medicine, with 2 years of experience in the field. Originally from Elizabeth City, North Carolina, Kassidy was introduced to veterinary medicine at a young age through her mom, who worked for a veterinarian—sparking a lifelong love for helping animals. Kassidy was inspired to pursue this career because of her deep compassion for animals, especially those who can’t speak for themselves. What she enjoys most about working in the veterinary field is the variety each day brings and the opportunity to continually learn and grow. Her primary areas of interest include surgery, patient care, and diagnostics, where she enjoys being hands-on and making a direct impact on patient health. Outside of work, Kassidy loves spending time with her friends and family. At home, Kassidy is a proud pet parent to two rescue animals who hold a very special place in her heart.

Kendel Noel – Veterinary Technician
Kendel joined our team in May 2026. Originally from central Wisconsin, she has been working in the veterinary field since 2021. Her passion for animal care began while growing up on a small dairy farm, where she enjoyed helping the veterinarian during farm visits. Those experiences inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. While attending college, Kendel began working in a small animal clinic to gain hands-on experience. She quickly discovered a love for small animal medicine and the role of a veterinary technician, leading her to pursue that career path instead of veterinary school. Kendel’s favorite part of her job is building relationships with patients and their families while making a positive difference in their lives. She enjoys the hands-on nature of veterinary medicine and the opportunity to help pets feel their best. Outside of the clinic, Kendel loves hiking, kayaking, exploring new places, reading, working on puzzles, and spending time with friends and family. She shares her home with two beloved pets: Bear, her 8-year-old cat, and Murphy, her fun-loving 5-year-old Dachshund, who recently joined the family.

Erika Rosales – Veterinary Technician
Originally from Carrollton, Texas, Erika has been working in the veterinary field since 2014. Her passion for animal care began in high school while participating in a veterinary program, where she discovered her love for veterinary medicine and helping pets live healthier, happier lives. One of the most rewarding parts of her career is seeing patients recover and knowing she played a role in their journey back to health. Erika is dedicated to providing compassionate care to every pet that comes through the door and strives to make each visit a positive experience for both pets and their families. Outside of the clinic, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two senior beagles, Shiloh and Daisy, who have been cherished members of the family since they were puppies. As a bilingual member of our team, she is also proud to help communicate with and support a diverse range of clients, ensuring both pets and their owners feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.
